The agreement, in plain words

How HandleMy works, agreed.

These are the ground rules for using HandleMy. We kept them short and readable on purpose. Using the service means you're good with what's below.

The deal

HandleMy connects you with real handlers who take care of tasks you'd rather not — admin, errands, planning, the boring half of life. We notice things, suggest things, and once you say go, we get them handled. You stay in control the whole way: nothing happens without your say-so.

Your account

  • Keep your login details to yourself — you're responsible for what happens on your account.
  • You need to be at least 13 to have an account. To book paid work yourself you should be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian who's okay with it.
  • Give us accurate info so a handler can actually help you.

Booking work

When you tap Book it, you're authorizing HandleMy to start that handoff. If a task costs money, we'll always show you the price before you confirm — never after. You can cancel before a handler starts the work.

Handlers

Handlers are independent people who choose to pick up tasks. HandleMy helps you find and coordinate with them and keeps your conversation in one thread. Talk to your handler in that thread so everything stays in one place.

Playing fair

Don't use HandleMy to ask for anything illegal, harmful, or designed to deceive someone. We may pause or close accounts that do.

What we can and can't promise

We work hard to make HandleMy reliable, but we provide it "as is." We can't guarantee a specific outcome for every task, and to the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us for that task. Nothing here takes away rights you have under the law where you live.

Changes & questions

If these terms change, we'll post the new version here with a fresh date. Questions? Email hello@handlemy.world — a person will answer.
