Your privacy, handled.
We collect the least we can to do the thing you actually asked for, we never sell your data, and you can ask us to delete it any time. The longer version is below — in plain words, not lawyer-speak.
What we collect
Only what we need to help:
- Your account. The email you sign up with, the name you choose to go by, and a password we never store in readable form.
- What you hand off. The tasks you ask us to handle and the details you add so a handler can actually do them.
- Basic technical logs. The usual things a website keeps — like the time of a request and rough device type — to keep the service secure and working.
Why we collect it
Three reasons, and that's it: to match you with a handler and get your task done, to keep your account secure, and to show you honest status along the way. We don't build advertising profiles from your private tasks.
What we never do
- We never sell your personal data.
- We never advertise to you based on the private contents of your handoffs.
- We never share more with a handler than that one task needs.
Handlers and your data
When you book a task, the handler who picks it up sees only what's required to complete it — the request and the details you provided. They don't get your full account, your other handoffs, or anything you didn't share for that job.
The controls you keep
Your data is yours. You can:
- See and update your profile any time from your account page.
- Ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to delete it.
- Close your account and take your information with you.
For any of these, email privacy@handlemy.world and a human will sort it out.
How we protect it
Passwords are hashed, your session is protected, and data moves over encrypted connections. No system is perfect, but we treat your information the way we'd want ours treated.
When this changes
If we update this policy, we'll post the new version right here and change the date at the top. Nothing sneaky, no surprise small print.
